Our unit prices will range from a minimum of $40 to a maximum of $165, offering a variety of options to suit different budgets. Additionally, a deposit of $100 is required. The available sizes will span from 10 x 6 to 12 x 30, ensuring a wide selection to meet various needs and preferences.
Moving In
Our move-in process is efficient. To check availability, simply visit Johnson’s Portside or give us a call. Once you’ve made your decision, you can visit Johnson’s Portside to complete the necessary paperwork. Please note that there is an additional fee for the key deposit, which is refundable upon vacating the unit.
Moving Out
If you choose to vacate your unit, please ensure that you provide us with a 10-day notice, either in writing or by calling Johnson’s Portside. Once you have vacated and thoroughly cleaned your unit, you may return your key and sign off on our agreements. Upon completion of these steps, you will be able to collect your key deposit via mail.
